Spool Performance FX350 S63 upgraded high pressure fuel pumps

Spool Performance is proud to introduce our latest and greatest high pressure fuel pump capable of delivering fuel at 350 bar/ 35Mpa/ 5000psi for S63 platform. The pumps features a stainless-steel construction with high tolerance DLC coated piston and bore. The pump is engineered to deliver the same volume as our FX200 pumps but at 350 bar pressure.  The plunger springs have been specially engineered to be compatible with the S58 dual pump design and the high revving engine. They are fully E85 compatible and would let you run Full E85 on your S63 powered vehicle.

The FX350 coupled with our IFX350 Gen2 DI injectors is the long-awaited missing piece in the puzzle for DI only big power on the Gen2 BMW high pressure fuel system.

The FX350 is truly Plug and Play for all platforms we are offering and comes with all the lines and hardware needed for a clean easy install.

As usual, we stand behind our high quality offerings and this product is eligible for our lifetime warranty program.

Tuning changes are required to run the fuel pump and we’re in the process of adding these to the different flashing platforms. Meanwhile our team can assist with adding the required changes to tune files.

***Important Note: Proper low pressure fueling is critical to proper normal functioning of the HPFP. Although our pumps are covered by our lifetime warranty program as usual, any damage due to cavitation induced damages to the piston/bore would be excluded from coverage. Please make sure you are running an upgraded low pressure fuel pump to ensure adequate pressure delivery to the FX350 pump.

Why do you need an Ethanol Analyzer solution?

According to the latest ASTM guidelines, Ethanol blends rated E85 can have anywhere from 51% to 85% ethanol content. This means the E85 at your pump can in fact at times, be only E55 containing 55% ethanol. This uncertainty is of serious concern to enthusiasts who are running performance E85 tunes for their vehicles. Running a lower ethanol content fuel with a tune rated for a higher content can cause damage to your motor. Knowing the absolute ethanol content in the E85 fuel from your pumps helps you avoid those damages.

Ethanol Sensor App

Unlike competitors, our Ethanol Analyzer Apps are truly free of cost and features an Ethanol Mix calculator to make sure you get the perfect blend every time. With an ethanol analyzer kit, the App can automatically populate the in-tank fuel's E-content required for the calculations. The app can be downloaded and used even if you do not have our Analyzer kit and will let you estimate your mixes.
